Trend Your Shaadi Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
  • 50% advance payment is required to block the event dates.

  • The remaining 50% is to be paid immediately after the completion of the event.

  • The total agreed amount is final and non-negotiable; no deductions or changes will be entertained post-event.

2. Changes & Modifications
  • Any change or additional request made less than 3 days prior to the event may be subject to extra charges.

  • Final confirmation of performance duration and artist requirements must be provided at least 7 days in advance.

 

3. Venue & Setup Coordination
  • The client is solely responsible for coordinating with the venue regarding entry permissions, setup access, and electricity supply arrangements.

  • Trend Your Shaadi shall not be held liable for any delays or disruptions caused by venue restrictions or third-party vendors.

 

4. Anchor & Event Flow
  • The anchor/host will strictly follow the event flow shared by the client.

  • The final event flow, anchor timings, and segment durations must be provided at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Any delays from the client’s side may result in reduced anchoring time without adjustment in fees.
